Honey Bunny

I've been very disappointed with this yarn. I've been hired by a client to do a big project and I ordered the yarn that was suggested in the pattern. This yarn has been hard to work with because it falls apart so easily. I'm worried about the quality of the items after they are finished. One skein had fallen apart even before I pulled the yarn out. This project I'd taking me much longer than it should because of it. Very disappointed.

The black yarn smelled terrible and would not tighten a magic ring.

I just today started using your yarn called carmel#14. It is shedding badly and splitting constantly 😢😢😢 I ordered 2 skeins and believe you should give me my money back or replace it With 2 other skeins the same Carmel color! It’s extremely frustrating and I can’t use it! The sad part is i am making an amigurumi for a young girls birthday using this yarn! Please respond and let me know what you will do to replace asap???
