The backpack is very durable and comfortable for my Frenchton. It took some time, like any backpacking pack, to finally adjust the straps for comfort. The shoulder straps could be made of softer material for long wear but I easily made a sleeve for them out of an old t-shirt. The pack also has a lot of clips to use as you like to secure your dog in. It is easy to put on and unload with my dog inside. The kickstand is fabulous. I'm so glad I found and purchased this pack. I oscillated over the decision for way too long!

It’s pretty great once you figure out where the harness goes, how the straps work, and how to load up the doggie without help from someone else. I wish it were easier to load in and go. Then I’d use it more regularly.

Worth every penny.
