Easy to order and a good selection of card's to be sent with the necklace. This was for a friend (who's favourite word it is ) for her birthday. The word is very subtle and when someone is getting on her nerves, she simply takes hold of the pendant and smiles. A great gift, fast delivery and great for someone who has everything! Would definitely recommend it!
