Journey to Mount Sinai Part 1

The DVD would not even play in my machine. All the other DVDs played fine and I could not get satisfaction from the company. The lady first said that I need to get a "version update" for my DVD machine, than she said I should try it in another DVD machine. For a $10 item, this is a lot of extra work and effort. All the other DVDs in the collection worked. The one that worked were good, but I paid for the episode and did not get it. I just do not trust these people any more.
