Top Mount Single/Double Barn Door Hardware Kit

Unfortunate Result

I purchased a barn door kit for (2) doors. Spent lots of time and effort ensuring all of my trim, backer board and rail were perfectly plumb , level and thought out to ensure a beautiful outcome. I installed the top mount door wheels and hung the door on the track to find the panel drastically out of plumb. One of the top Mount rollers was longer than the others by 3/16” or more causing the door to be drastically out of plumb at its base. Looked horrible. I’ll have to wait for a replacement to fix it.
