Use it for both batting practice and fly balls. However the transport wheels tend to be a little shaky. When the wheels are independently hooked to the bracket they are not strong enough to transport the cart easily. I took the wheels off and took a piece of fully threaded rod, 3/8” in diameter and used it as an axel and fastened the wheels to it. Much improvement. The machine wheels much easier and much steadier
