I initially had an issue with the net being too small for the backstop. BCI took care of the problem immediately and shipped out a custom net within 3 business days.

Portable Backstop

Overall, I’m pleased with this backstop for the field I have cut for my grandkids. It will keep foulballs from hitting people on the deck and our house windows. We got no instructions in the original shipment but were sent instructions promptly when requested. We also got 1 more male pole than we needed and 1 less female pole than needed. But, we made it work.
