I love practicing on this magical mat. Obviously the Liforme non-stick surface makes practice feel great, but the sparkles and galaxy artwork makes me smile every time I see it. It’s such a simple thing that brings me joy.

My yoga has improved 100% since purchasing my mat. I feel much more grounded and connected. The thickness of the mat is perfect. My confidence in yoga poses has been totally transformed. The non slip surface is fantastic and I love the alignment guide on the mat. It guides you to getting into the correct position - love this! I did think it was an expensive and indulgent purchase but it is worth every penny and a great investment for a serious Yogi. Do not hesitate to buy one. It’s given me so much more control and confidence in my practice than I could ever imagine. Thank you ☺️
