I received my Common Thyme seeds Friday. I just planted some of them seeds in a seed tray today. So I will update you when I get them planted in the ground.

I got great germination from the thyme and used it to fill in around some paving stones.

Common Thyme seed
I did get a plant to germinate from the seed. It's currently in my hanging coat hanger basket along with some sage also started from seed this year. The hanging basket enables me to cut my kitchen herbs standing up which helps because I am 68 years old. I needed the seed to have herbs for this basket. I use different plastic pots of herbs and change them out. I only got a small germination but the plant is fine. Thank you.
