Never received the bag- it was lost in transit

And no one bothered to follow up when it was already 3 weeks late. I had to send multiple emails that were answered only 10 days later, and they used fedex for the shipping which was impossible to talk to, all AI. A nightmare. 5 weeks after the online purchase, I finally have the refund, but my daughter never hot her bag in time for the school year.

The bag itself is quite good, its a but firm like there’s so much padding everywhere, so its hard to settle it down. Quality is pretty good, and it would be better if it had 2 water compartments on each side, and be plain like no net. The price is alright, bit expensive, there’s also delivery and returns costs too. Overall, the bag is good, and hope it settels down. 👍🏻
