Summer Squash Mix

Patty Pan = Amazing

My wife and I co-manage our 3.000 sq ft garden with 4 other families/neighbors and we All felt compelled to write this first and probably only review of any seed because the Patty Pan squash plant that came out of this summer mix packet was the Gold winner of the summer above all else. Collectively, we harvested probably 25 squash of all sizes from this beast. The plant crawled along the ground, and then crawled some more. It spanned 15 feet, base -root to end at its peak and may have gone longer had it not been for the unforeseen limits on space and borers as all our squash succumb to here in Georgia 8A. We painted around 10 of the seeds from the mix pack and got really good green zucchini results too. But the surprise patty pan plant from the pack was the winner of smiles this summer—okra, peppers, beans, tomatoes, melons—the Patty took them all down. If we knew what variety of Patty it was we would have written this review under it specifically and I hope someone for PT reads this and replies with what variety it may have been. —PR. Bogart, GA.
