I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The customer service team was exceptionally kind, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. Their prompt communication and willingness to help made for a truly positive experience. As for the product itself, the quality exceeded my expectations. I had previously visited a showroom and tried the Togo sofa in person, and I can honestly say that this chair does not feel inferior in any way. The craftsmanship, comfort, and overall quality are excellent. I am very happy with my purchase and would absolutely buy from VibeHaus again in the future. Highly recommended.
