Jackets pocket zipper was stuck, customer service took almost a week to get back to me. I went to the closest store and they got the zipper moving. Frustrating experience.

If you are tall with long arms, this jacket is not for you. The sleeves will appear closer to 3/4 length. Otherwise, a beautiful jacket - the leather feels great. Unfortunately had to return.
