Cotton tread pulling on strap and doesn’t separate my boobs

Customer service is horrible. Emailed 3 weeks post order to find out that they are busy with orders. Had 2 of 4 items shipped out within 2 days of that email. 6 weeks post order, emailed about the other 2 items ONLY to find out that they are out of stock. Customers should not have to email a company to get an order shipped OR find out that their order is out of stock.
