Brass Hose End

Without the video the brass end was impossible to attach but once we had watched it was the simplest of jobs. I think the video should be part of the information when ordering the spare part.

Not what was expected

The photo accompanying the sales site shows TWO parts - the part that attaches to the tap and the part that attaches to the HOSE. Was only sent the tap attachment. Sent firm a complaint - they have not replied.
