Menopause Support

In all honesty I’m not one for writing reviews but on this occasion… I have to! I take my Nu Mind bag of treats after lunch, it honestly gives my brain a fighting chance to smash through the afternoon slump, my thoughts are sharper and it honestly lifts my mood! I’m hooked and I’ve tried so many things, including greens powders and other herbal remedies…. But this is on another level. Consistency is key for sure. Can’t rate it highly enough!

Thought I'd give this a go. Having read reviews knew it would take a little while but I'm very happy as definitely feeling brighter and my tummy is feeling the benefit too. Don't know quite how it works but it does (for me at least) will recommend to others ...

I take these after lunch every day. I may forget the odd day at the weekend but I can honestly say after the 1st couple weeks I started to feel better in a sense I had the energy & felt like being active more. I am on the gel hrt & even though that has improved how I feel something was still missing. I happily subscribed & purchased a 2nd month & reading how most women benefit after is it 45/48 days? I can say this wasn't even the selling point for me.
