I am pleased with the performance and results of the ORLY Turn It Up confetti topper. It is a wonderful style and the colors are amazing - it creates a sense of joy and nostalgia. Great topper!

Goes with anything. Confetti spreads evenly with great coverage with a single coat. I suggest a base coat because it is very hard to remove. This is Turn It Up on top of 1990’s collection How Tragic.
