NRS Taj M'Haul Deck Bag

Very nice. Needs a tiny improvement.

An excellent deck bag that actually stays put. There’s a nice spot on the side for a bilge pump, I love the zippered pocket and the included removable water proofed bag. What I didn’t like was the hard plastic sheet insert, there should be corner pockets for it to settle into or a separate pocket. As it stands the sheet moves a little when the pack is full; it’s a small issue and overall this get a solid 4 out of 5. I like that I can detach the deck bag and all my gear now moves as one unit for portaging including my rain shell that I keep in it, a 2L water bladder, bilge pump, snacks, camera/phone, map sleeve, and small comfort items. Well worth the money! Indispensable for long trips, so far have put down just over 45kms in the water with it, in the rain, swells, and otherwise.
