NEON Boots Two Piece Women's Swimsuit with Shorts

So bright!

I ordered just the top. It's great, true to size and the neon is perfectly bold. I love that the straps are adjustable. A must for a tall girl with muscular shoulders. I regretted not ordering the shorts as soon as I tried the top on. I got my daughter the neon cowgirl set and even though we don't exactly match, she is happy the colors do =)
