Hook Pro Arm Wrestling Training Grip Handle Device

Hooked on my hook pro handle !

Just recieved this item today, and I must say it has a good feeling to it in my hand. Its a size that I can grip real strong and yank on it without no problem. I train my forearms for hypertrophy and I am always on the lookout for a different shape training implement to work the muscles in my wrists and forearms with a new feel. This handle was an excellent choice for me for what I'm using it for.
