I was really glad to find another adjustable eye mask, and I love how much light it blocks out, with the silk still keeping it cool. The only downsides are the thickness can be a bit uncomfortable lying on your back, and I often need to fix it around the nose because light still gets in quite a lot that way. (That's probably my cheekbones stopping it lying as flat - they're always trying to push my glasses off my face too, haha)
