Extremely clear and useful resource!

This book is both pedagogically strong and practically useful. It breaks down complex tactical structures into simple, actionable steps. I especially appreciate how it explains the transitions between formations (e.g. 4-1-4-1 to 3-2-4-1) and provides specific training drills to implement them. The diagrams are clear, and each phase builds on the last, making it easy to follow and apply. As a coach, I always want more examples and variations, but overall this is an excellent resource for anyone interested in positional play and tactical rotations. Highly recommended!
