Beautiful tree

Love this solid wood tree , looks super aesthetic in my lounge. The main base and top flower perch are top quality. The only downside was that the 2 basket perches have inadequate cushioning , they are too slippery and not firm enough nor dense enough and my cat Ted slipped , he did a 360 when he tried to jump down from the top “flower” perch . Hence he avoids the basket perches now ! Which is a shame. As a quick fix , i had to buy some thick cushions to replace the flimsy ones so he felt safe and well gripped on to use the perches. This may not be a problem for others but I do feel it would’ve been nice to have sturdy cushions on all the levels as a suggestion. Overall happy with the excellent service , super fast delivery and communication from Tailzy ! Thank you.
