Products took some time arrive, but overall I’m happy with the scents I chose. I will update once I use the product.

I would like to try some of the other scents but, I would like them to be in smaller bottles. But the scents that I have are great.

The scents are disgusting and don’t smell anything like they’re described. The company automatically signs you up for a subscription without confirmation and the website does not allow cancellations. The customer service is horrendous. I immediately replied to a “thanks for your order” notification email saying to cancel the order and they refused. As soon as the order arrived I emailed again requesting a return shipping label since their return policy states returns can be made within 30 days as long as the products are unused, unopened, and in the same package. Now they’ll accept the return this one time but the customer is responsible for the label and shipping costs.
