I loved the scents I purchased and the lotion is wonderful. After i put some on and ran my hands they still feel soft.

Poorly packaged. 2 of the soaps spill and the whole order was a mess. I took me a long time to cleam. After sending pictures and all the information they refused to send me even the 2 bottles that were spilled because of “discrepancies”.
This is unacceptable.
