What Happened to You?

I have used Beard Brand for years and loved their products. This past year though it seems the company has gone through some changes. Things are never in stock for susbscriptions, and the beard softener quality has tanked. It used to be more like a thick conditioner, but the latest rendition of it now, its more like a super thinned out conditioner, takes twice as much as it did (might be why they went to a larger can size. After having to change the beard wash I got out a couple months ago to a new one due to it being out of stock, now the new one is also out of stock. Why have a webstore to fill orders when 90% of it shows Sold Out on the items? Sad to see the company tank, but if you cant carry the product you sell you lose the business. I am canceling my subscriptions due to availability of products lacking, and the quality of them really gone from what it was.
