LANGYARNS | Cloud | Chunky | 1077

Great customer service, I was especially grateful when James went out of his way to contact me about not having the yarn in stock and instead of just refunding me he actually got me put on backorder. I love the yarn so much, I haven't knit with it yet but it will 100% go to a lovely striped cardigan

I purchased the Lang cloud to knit the Kyra jumper. I have already knitted in the cloud tweed and was very impressed with the yarn and decided the cloud colour 0011 would make me another nice jumper. My order was delivered in plastic free packaging with a note from James this gives the personal touch. I was kept informed of the delivery date and I will definitely be placing an order again soon.

Fantastic customer service. The yarn is brilliant and I loved the experience of shopping here! The yarn was very well packaged and arrived safe and sound. I am a 1/4 of the way through my project and super happy with the colour I got.
