My favorite things about this matcha are: the refreshing taste, the vibrant green color, and creaminess. This is a good everyday matcha and I would introduce it to others who want to try matcha. It's light bodied with light astringency and mild bitterness. This matcha has subtle sweetness with hints of umami, so I think it's one that most people would enjoy. I like that the matcha comes in a tin and I think it's interesting how the nutritional components are included on the packaging.
