My issue is with customer service. I am on the reorder plan for the Bully sticks but I bought an addtl packet for the offer of a 4 lb bag of dog food free I never knew anything could be so difficult after exhausting emails and replies I still didn’t get the dog food to try out. What happened to you folks not even return reply nothing

Shipped product as a subscription when I don’t have one

I’ve tried multiple times VIA EMAIL to get someone to address this issue and there has been NO RESPONSE.

I love the consistent good quality. They are pretty hefty and keep my dogs busy for quite awhile. I only let them chew the bully stick for 20-40 minutes at a time so a bone can last 1-2 weeks.
