Sizing on Turtle Neck size 8 is far too tight

My husband ordered a Turtle neck size 8 for me after chatting on line to the virtual assistant. He asked if the size 8 was a firm fit as he knows I wouldn't wear it if it was too tight. I can't remember the exact wording of the reply, but I was convinced to go ahead with ordering the size 8 for my wife. The top was so tight, that once my wife had pulled her head through the neck of the top and completely put it on, it was very firm and the sleeves were too long. She had great difficulty in getting it off over her head, hence the tags got caught up in the process. I am now reluctant to order any of the styles you have mentioned in your email to me dated Wednesday 6th July as I am concerned that the same thing may happen and then I will be up for another return postage fee. My wife doesn't want to have to put the top on again as it is too difficult to get off and is worried about damaging the top. My wife says that the item needs to show somewhere in the description of the garment that it is a firm fit. This then indicates to the potential buyer who prefers not to have a firm fit, that this item would not be suitable. I purchased two size 8 tops for my wife when I ordered and wouldn't have purchased the turtle neck top had I known it was a firm fit. My wife said the turtle neck top size 8 she feels is not made for every size 8 person. Very disappointed.
