Fantastic Pillow…Fantastic Service

My order was shipped to the UK in time for my wife’s birthday but was returned to the USA because I was away and ran out of time with customs. I contacted the catstudio team (enter the brilliant Sandy) who jumped into action,. They sorted a new pillow, shipped it, and made sure it arrived in the UK on time…again. Embroidered NYC Pillow

I ordered this pillow for my daughter who lives in NYC. It’s beautiful - even better in person!! I ordered it on 12/2, and received it 12/18. So it takes a minute to arrive. But worth the wait!! She was so surprised and absolutely loves it!!
