As a new customer to Richards Guitars I was not sure quite what to expect, but the level of knowledge and awareness of the products, combined with the professional attitude of the staff filled me with great confidence. Confidence, I might add, that was fully justified. A beautiful instrument, expertly set up and ready to play. As a recording musician it has already, (and after only two sessions!), secured a solid place in my "musical toolbox".
