Customer relations, you’re having a laugh
These balls were ordered on 17th March, for delivery in April. When they hadn’t arrived by the third week of April, I contacted Seed and informed them , unless they arrived by the end of the month, I wished to cancel the order as I was leaving the country. I received no response. Then after leaving the country, in May, I got an email saying they were out for delivery. Two days later I received another email responding to the one cancelling the order. So the balls are either sitting in my porch or they are not.
While yes, Seed give me a refund, the customer service experience has been absolutely woeful.
