White bicone natural wood beads 10x15mm

I was pleased with the quality of these wood beads. Nice smooth surface on every one. A soft white. Planning on making light weight earrings. The hole is around 2mm. I put one pair together and used 11:0 seed beads to fill the hole and keep my head pin aligned. Wondering if these are wax coated for the smooth surface. I would paint some designs on some if not coated. 😋
