Great product but you returns process leaves a lot to be desired.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size and realised and spoke to your customer service within minutes. Even though I knew and you knew that the product was no good for me, I still had to accept delivery and pay for return postage. The refund took the full five days to get back to me. For these reasons I would never order from you again.

Excellent products excellent customer service

I bought two swole panda swim shorts for my holidays and I have to say I found the shorts excennet quality and fit. The inner lining is much more comfortable than traditional net lining. There was a slight problem with delivery which Stacy in customer service sorted out immediately . Excellent prpducts and excellent customer services

Comfortable shorts - pls do a shorter version

I’ve been using these on holiday and they’re much more comfortable than the usual lined shorts. Small gripes/suggestions - the navy blue is actually quite shiny so looks a little cheap. Also I would buy another pair if you did a shorter version. These are mid length and I prefer shorts mid thigh
