I purchased the Worry De-Castophizer to help my 10 y/o tackle her anxiety. It has helped her take a beat, and critically analyze her worries, question their legitimacy and see other possible outcomes of the situations she's facing. My main takeaway - which we use verbally all the time - is "will I be ok in the end?". That has worked great for us when we're not in front of the worksheet. Vibrant colors and cool-looking potatoes in shades are a lovely plus! Great work and thanks so much!
