Very happy with my product keeps my drinks chilled and extremely comfortable to hold, great craftsmanship and customer service is outstanding. I have a small imperfection on my mug and reached out and they took excellent care of me I definitely will be buying more in the future for gifts as they are quality pieces.

This product is already cracked and the liner will not come out ive never had it in or under water. Its less than a year old- The other two that i bought - are fine(from what i understand) but again they do not use them, they are more of a mantle piece.!
