Awful Customer Service/Company

Never got to use it. FedEx didn't deliver it in my much box like they said they did. Direct Color said NOT THERE PROBLEM. So I'm out $30. Such BAD customer service. Beware if FedEx says they delivered and they didn't Direct Color doesn't care. They say not there problem. Such bad business.

Great solution for basement floors

Very happy with the basement floors after testing out a few colors and ultimately purchasing ths kit. The prep work makes a huge difference and the tutorials, instructions, and guidance from Direct Colors made the end result exactly as expected. The application was easy, it sealed well and dried quickly, and has transformed our boring concrete basement floors into a more liveable space.
