Good product / Bad service

Item is excellent. Service was poor. Paid for guaranteed UPS 2 day shipping. needed the product in 3 days for a shoot. It came 5 days later. so much for guaranteed. wasted money on the extra shipping when i could have just paid for regular shipping. probably wouldn't use them again for that reason.

Awesome product, even better service!

The Aputure Light Dome II is a really fantastic product. Comes in a nice carrying case and sets up and breaks down in minutes without bending and fumbling with metal rods. But more impressive is Pictureline’s service and shipping speed. Already a repeat customer since I was so impressed!
