14oz 'Old Indigo' Denim Jeans

Refusal to honor refund/exchange after being told it was elgible and accepted, requested information on my order through multiple emails and have not heard back since.

Had to exchange them for a size up, and honestly it still feels the same. I dont really know why because I even lost weight and I dont want to go through the same process and pay for it again so I guess I have to keep these if I dont want to pay again. Im also not sure how another size up will look and thats not worth spending the money. Quality and color wise, very good but complicated fitting size

The shipping took a little long like 2-3 weeks to come, and the 2xl isnt big compared to other brands there a little bit more “sozed down” i dont understand how they can make oversized hoodies and knotwear but cant make their jeans a little bit more bigger waist wise. Good material though
