I understand that I purchased a shirt listed as “defective.” However, the condition of the item I received goes far beyond what I would reasonably expect under that description. The shirt is originally green, yet the underside of one sleeve is white, while the other sleeve shows visible stitching issues where it has come apart. This level of inconsistency and poor construction is far beyond a minor defect and was genuinely surprising. This experience has made it clear to me that I will avoid purchasing defective items from your website in the future. At a price of £45, the value simply does not align with the quality received, and I regret not spending that money elsewhere. I would appreciate your review of this matter and clarification on what standards are applied to items sold as “defective.”

Beautiful and confortable shirt, i like this jersey. The only thing is that the sleeves are a little tight, but that’s not a problem.
