complete kit

1 star. I am extremely disappointed with this product. I followed the directions exactly as instructed, and instead of cleaning my hats, it made them look worse. I tested it on two different hats, one green and one blue. After using this kit, both hats developed a white, ashy appearance that wasn’t there before. Instead of restoring them, the product ruined their look. For nearly $35, I expected a product that would safely clean hats, not damage their appearance. I feel like I wasted my money. I would appreciate the company reaching out to make this right with a full refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.

I placed this order by mistake and immediately contacted customer service to cancel it. I was looking and planning to purchase the product, but not at this moment. Unfortunately, despite my request, the order was still shipped. I was a bit disappointed that the cancellation request was not processed in time. Still a good product to own for its purpose.

Good products, communication lacking.

While I'm sure the cleaning set works well. This company is terrible at responding to emails. I've written to them on multiple platforms about a missing item in my order and they have not responded. Hopefully they will respond to my review.
