Disappointed

I’m extremely disappointed with my after service treatment. I wanted to return the dress because it was too big, but more importantly not suitable for mother of the bride, at a summer wedding in Spain. I had it sent to a friend in England to bring out to Spain with her, then return it with my husband in August when he visits England. Clearly I’m out of the 28 day period, but I would expect you to make exceptions on occasion. I didn’t want to risk loss in the post to & from Spain, but more importantly, avoid custom charges. Sadly as a result I won’t be purchasing any further clothes from you.
