Excited to start our classes

We purchased sixteen sets through a grant to start a bungee fitness class in our Junior High school. We have not used them yet but the students are extremely excited about it. I used the same equipment at a training workshop I went to. If you are not used to putting on a harness, it is going to take some time. I was a little bruised after my workout, however that is to be expected seeing as though you are putting pressure in places that aren't used to it. I turned on my HRM and when doing a few of the flying exercises, my HR got up to 161 BPM. I could also feel the workout in my calves and shoulders the next day. It is a great variation to otherwise boring workouts.

When I emailed for assistance due to issues regarding resistance using my bungee, I received a speedy response. After the AI agent agreed with my suggestion including a picture of set up and my doing it promptly, proceeding to ruin my bungee, a real person (Elisha) from the company followed up and offered to replace my bungee at no cost! Needless to say, I have had my first, extremely beneficial and valuable learning experience with AI! I am thankful and impressed that a human being from the company actually checks the AI agent. Thank you Elisha! Very impressive and proof that real people are better!!
