After going through a few YouTube videos and website reviews, one thing particularly stood out to me — the owners of this company take a personal interest in their customers. They respond directly to queries, which gave me great confidence to go ahead and purchase one of their watches. The delivery was very prompt, and although I initially found a small issue with the screw, I contacted the company and, to my pleasant surprise, the owner himself responded. He assured me that a replacement watch would be sent and even agreed to cover the postage costs for the return. True to his word, I soon received the replacement — and I must say, it’s an excellent watch. When I tried it on, I was impressed by how well it sits on the wrist. The 15mm thickness doesn’t make much difference at all — it actually looks great and feels lightweight. The design is elegant, the details are impressive, and it looks even more premium with the replacement strap. It was also easy to swap between the bracelet and the blue NATO strap it came with, adding a nice touch of versatility. Overall, I’m extremely pleased — the quality, the customer service, and the attention to detail are all first-class. Would I buy again? Absolutely yes. The watch looks very posh, feels well-made, and reflects a brand that genuinely cares about its customers. I’m already looking forward to their upcoming Luna Adventure line when it comes out!

Terrific watch! Great qualty, superb specs, top value!

I just purchased my second Monro Adventure - this one the ocean adventure in arctic silver. Extremely pleased with this piece! Nice finishing, great legibility - comfortable and very good looking on the wrist. And to top it off, customer service, shipping speed, and personal follow up from the company founder (not a rep, not the PR department, not a bot - the co-founder!) exceeded all expectations. I could not possibly ask for better service! Highest recommendation for a quality, good looking, solid performing, and capable dive watch. This watch easily equals other watches costing far more - a fantastic value!

An absolute bargain!

Could not be happier with this watch! I bought the white dial model on the strength of the Top Tier Ticker review. It has exceeded my expectations and I am considering adding the Urban Adventure to my collection.
