We had a little problem with our Lauren Navy Stripe Premium Beach Umbrella. Just need to say the after sale service from Business & Pleasure Co was amazing & I would highly recommend buying off this company as their products are quality made and a pleasure to use. I get comments everytime we use our umbrella at the beach, we love it!

Getting in touch - poor CX

The only reason you don’t get 5 stars is because of the inability to be able to call someone in your team in Australia. I had a wrong address on an order and realised as soon as I sent it but the only options you have are email and chat both of which respond with an unsatisfactory 48 hr turnaround, useless when you are trying to stop an order before it’s shipped. There is no phone number for you anywhere in line. That’s rubbish customer service. No matter how good your products are - if you don’t have a way for your customers to engage in person you will never be a premium provider.
