The mosaic arrived very quickly, and looks amazing in our new master bath. Our contractor used the installation advice on the Mozaico website and had no difficulties, although it is a multi-day process with grouting and sealing/enhancing. A few tesserae dislodged during shipment, but we were supplied with extras and had more than we needed. We are eager to get another mosaic; it was a very good experience.
