Finally an overnight oats I love

I have tried sooooo many overnight oats but just couldn’t find the best one, I then came across Oat Cult on instagram and I am so pleased I did. They fill me up and are really tasty!

Nice flavour but portion sizes are quite small and it doesn’t always solidify with the milk come the morning despite using the correct amount of milk as advised. Great texture and flavour however when it does come together.

I am a big fan of overnight oats and have tried most of the mixes available in the UK market. Oat Cult has to be my favourite as they are not only tasty but nutritious and perfect balance of protein, carbs and fibre. I always add Greek yoghurt for more protein and berries for additional fibre.
