TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY PRODUCT

I ordered some trousers amongst some other pieces. They were over £130 for a single item. I wear them twice and they’ve torn at the waist I’ve never washed them. I emailed Beyond Nine twice, no reply. I sent photos and proof of purchase. No reply. I contacted them on Instagram three times, no reply. Absolutely shocking customer service and extremely poor product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Unless you want to be disappointed at the quality and appalled at the lack of customer service.

Finally took the plunge!
