Really clean feeling

These brushes are excellent! Haven't used a sonic toothbrush for awhile as thought too expensive to replace but these brushes are compact, powerful and such a great deal. My teeth feel noticeably cleaner than they have for ages. Compact brush head size also gets to the back of the mouth and teeth so much more than a manual brush. No going back now!

Great customer service, terrible shipping service

I initially ordered these and waited two weeks for them to turn up. I emailed and got an incredibly quick response from the customer service team, I was delighted with the immediate resolution of my issue and my product was issued right away. The product itself is great. The only issue I have is that the shipping service used (I believe it’s Amazon shipping) is horrendous. I live on a lane with only house names rather than numbers. Presumably when the driver couldn’t find ours or got tired of trying, my product was left at the wrong house entirely when it did arrive. Ordo is brilliant, so I would suggest to them that they find a new courier service.
